Mahindra Eden of the Kanakapura Road is a nature themed residential project. It claims to be a Net Zero Energy project, which means it will only use renewable resources for its functioning sounds interesting.

To reach Mahindra Lifespaces Kanakapura Road one has to take a left on Kanakapura Road to Holiday Village Road after the Vajirahali Metro Station. The project falls between the Vajrahalli and Kanakapura Metro Station. It's less than a kilometer from Kanakapura main road and less than 5 kilometer from nice road.

BLR brewing company is right next to the project and the holiday village resort is also just a stone's throw away. The area around the project is quite green and the turahalli forest a 590 acre green land parcel filled with a variety of flora and fauna is about 2 kilometers from the project.

Mahindra Lifespaces Eden is spread across 7.72 acres and promises 85 percent open space. The project will consist of two phases with one tower in each phase. The first tower that's phase one will encompass 2 wings. Wing A and Wing B. Wing A will be a G+ 26 flow structure. It will consist of only 3 BHK units with 4 apartments on each floor.

Wing B will be G+ 28 floors. It will be a mix of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK units with 6 apartments on each floor. On each floor in Wing B there will be two 3 BHK, 2 BHK and 1 BHK units.

Each tower will have 3 lifts for residents and one service lift. Mahindra Eden phase-1 will consist of 272 units out of which 100 units will be 1 and 2 BHK apartments. And the rest of 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK flats.

The difference between 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments will be in terms of the study area and the walk-in wardrobe. While all the 2, 3 and 3.5 BHK are either east or west facing. 1BHK are south facing.

The project is RERA registered and is slated for possession in March 2027. However the Mahindra builder is confident of completing the project by mid of 2026.

While 1, 2 and 3 BHK units in Wing A are called Meadows. The 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments in Wing B are called Greens and Aqua respectively.

The sizes of all the BHK configurations are the entrance of none of the apartments will be opposite each other. Some 3 BHK flats will have an extra veranda space outside the apartments. While all 3 BHK units will have 2 sit out areas in terms of parking.

All 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes that are Meadows and Greens will get one covered car parking space. Aqua units are the apartments measuring 2013 square feet will get two car parking spaces.

What sets this project apart from all other constructions is its focus on renewable energy. The entire project will purely run on solar and wind energy.

The developer claims to have entered into an agreement with best form for the same the project will have a single entry and exit point.

There is a lot of open space in the project the elevated land parcel between phase-1 and phase-2 will be around 5.5 acres. There will be a small water body within the project premises.

Just opposite the project is the bayonet lake which is not in a great condition as of today. The amenities are distributed all across the project units.

Mahindra Eden phase-1 will have two views either they face the amenities or the external city scale. The builder promises around 60 + amenities spread across the project.

There will also be an organic farming, garden, organic café, family camping site and much more.

Shri Kumaran Public school,KS School of Engineering and Management, Shankar Super Specialty hospital and Mathru Hospitals are the nearest Educational Institutions and healthcare facilities.

Kanakapura road is home for many educational institutions however one might have to travel for more 5 five kilometer either to Kumaswami layout or to Bannerghatta road for advanced healthcare facilities.

For daily grocery requirements and other shopping one has to head to the Kanakapura main road.

However amongst the list of amenities provided by the builder convenience store is also one Vega city and Meenakshi Mall on Bannerghatta Road and Central Mall in JP Nagar are the nearest Shopping Malls.

One highlight of this location is that it is close to many recreational places like resorts and spiritual centers. BLR brewing company is right next to the project.

Holiday Village resort is a stone's throw away from Mahindra Lifespaces Eden. Buhantara discovery village and art of living international center are all nearby.

Now let us review the floor plans of 1 and 2 BHK apartments. The 1BHK apartment will have a foyer area, a drawing room which encompasses both the living and the dining area. A sit out will be attached to the living room, kitchen, a master bedroom and a common bathroom. However provision for a small kitchen utility area would have been nicer.

The 2BHK apartment will consist of a foyer area and one large drawing room with both the living and dining areas.
