• Mahindra Eden Site visits are scheduled through appointment only.
• After scheduling an appointment, there is a set of guidelines that is sent to visitors to urge them to take some precautions on their own.
• The markings are made outside the Mahindra Eden site premises to ensure social distancing while being in the queue.
• We have also installed a wash basin is at the security gate at Mahindra Lifespaces Eden for visitors, so they can wash hands before commencing their site tour.
• There is also a thermal screening and hand sanitisation is conducted for each person entering the premises.
• There is compulsion for everyone to maintain social distance, touch less hand sanitizer dispensers are installed outside the sales office too.
• We have made mandatory for each homebuyer who is looking to book an apartment in Mahindra Eden to wear a mask inside the premises.
• We have also arranged the seating inside the sales office that is spaced according to social distancing norms.
• The surfaces, floors, doors, table and chairs inside the sales office are sanitised at regular intervals.
• The meetings rooms are being avoided and discussions are conducted in the lobby.
• Finally we have allowing only four people inside elevators at a time, and buttons are sanitised at regular intervals.
